Shane was efficient, on time, and very pleasant.
On November 8th I called Warner Heating and Air, to see if they could fix a problem with my combustion air pipe. They came to my house the very same day I called and they arrived at the scheduled time. I was very impressed that they were able to reapond the same day. They came in looked at the problem and gave me the fairest bid and had it fixed in less then 15 minutes, they also provided me with the proper paper work I needed to prove to the new home buyers that I had fixed the problem. I was so happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Good, honest people right here!

Shane was very thorough to diagnose the problems with our old AC. We discussed the options, including a new Furnace. He was prompt with a quote for each option. The work to install both a new AC and Furnace was performed as expected. Our only regret is the white pvc pipe poking out of the front façade adjacent to the entry. We wish there was some other remedy. But that is a systems issue and I'm sure it can be changed. Besides that, Shane was always polite and he earned our trust. We would definitely recommend his services.

Shane was very professional when installing our new HVAC system, we didn't realize he was in our house installing half the time he was there. He was very courteous and he made sure that everything fit our needs. He installs Bryant equipment so it is high quality. Overall I am very happy that we chose Warner Heating and Air!
